Niblick Pub – Menus & Such

In 2017 The Niblick Pub needed a new menu with a fresh look. With patio season approaching the menus needed to excite customers as well as be lighter on staff who had to carry heavy book-style menus to date. I designed this menu to be encapsulated to withstand spills and general wear. Choosing an 11×17 double sided, we were able to condense 8 pages onto one piece of paper. Working with the chef and the owner, we reorganized the menu and added new menu items which we promoted on instagram. When it came time to redo the menu in the Fall to take off seasonally unavailable items, the menu design was quickly adapted and reprinted.
