THE PROJECT
TEAD’s June 2026 golf tournament required a coordinated family of materials for use before and throughout the fundraising event. The work extended across editorial design, presentation graphics, printed pieces, signage and auction materials, with each element needing to feel connected while serving a different practical purpose.
THE CHALLENGE
Create a consistent visual experience across many different formats and information types without treating each item as a separate design project. The materials needed to communicate clearly in print, on screen and throughout the event environment while accommodating the practical realities of an active fundraising event.
THE APPROACH
Establish a shared visual hierarchy and design language that could move between the tournament booklet, presentations, printed materials, signage and auction content. Prioritize legibility, consistency and production readiness so that each piece could do its job while still feeling like part of the same event.
WHAT WE MADE
I designed and produced the tournament booklet, presentation materials, printed event collateral, signage and auction presentation materials. The system carried consistent typography, hierarchy and visual treatment across editorial pages, screen-based presentations and physical event pieces, creating continuity across the different ways participants encountered the tournament.
THE RESULT
A coordinated set of event materials that gave TEAD a more consistent visual presence across the June 2026 tournament and brought the booklet, presentations, signage, print pieces and auction communications together as one event system.
