Design the experience as one system, from brand and website to booking flow, lighting, accessibility cues and photography.
WHAT WE MADE
We created Heritage Santa as a complete seasonal experience, not simply a set of photographs. That meant developing the name and identity, website, booking workflow, photography setup and promotional materials, then carrying those choices into the actual sessions at Drummond Manor. The portrait environment uses continuous lighting, with an accessible setting and a lower-stimulation approach than a typical mall Santa experience. The booking, client communication, image delivery and supporting campaigns were developed to make the experience repeatable from season to season.
