Ernest for Good
A brand with room to become more.
An evolving brand system for a consulting practice, spanning identity, web, photography, podcast audio and sonic branding.
THE PROJECT
Ernest for Good was growing beyond a single service and needed the brand to catch up with the work.
THE CHALLENGE
Bring a growing practice, website, photography and audio presence into one recognizable system without losing the warmth and personality already there.
THE APPROACH
Treat the project as an evolution rather than a restart, keeping what worked and building a more flexible system around it.
WHAT WE MADE
We refined the existing Ernest for Good brand rather than starting from scratch, developing a more consistent visual direction across the website and supporting materials. The WordPress site was expanded and reworked, with clearer navigation, new content, responsive layouts and original portrait and brand photography. We also developed a connected audio identity for Sarah Ernest's podcast work, including original music and a short sonic logo built around the musical notes E, F and G, with accompanying animated applications. The goal was to make the visual and sonic pieces feel like parts of the same brand.
THE RESULT
A more cohesive brand that can move across web, social, presentations, podcasting and future campaigns.
